Subaru Impreza STI Type R (2 door) 1997 R Reg Version 4.

The time has come to part company with my beloved Subaru. Enjoyed my time with her, plenty fun moments and no major fall outs.



The car was imported in 2008 and registered in this country in 2009. I am the second owner other than the importer. All paper work is present.
This is a VERY clean example of the classic STI and the interior is immaculate! It has been looked after with great care and not been driven hard every day like most others out there.

This car had a full engine re-build at 72,000 miles comprising of:-

New crank and crank case.
New water pump.
Heads pressure tested and skimmed
All 16 valves re-seated with new valve stem oil seals.
Uprated head gaskets.
ARP group N stud and nut head bolt kit.
All new gaskets.
New radiator, thermostat and SAMCO hoses.

This car has been maintained regardless of cost and has never been run on high boost. It was rolling roaded at 287bhp which shows it has not been messed with and made unreliable. It has also run a 12.8 second standing quarter mile.
Its a very quick and clean car.
There is 4 months tax and 7 months MOT.

Gearbox, engine oil, filter, fuel filter and clutch fluid all changed last month. (07/11 84360 miles)

not been maped, just run on v power and additives every second re fill
