Wow 186 views and not a single comment?
These are pretty rare things over here, I thought the twin scroll was popular?

sorry pal, think you will find that the gap in history will be an issue with most, look on here for adam's old spec c he let it go for silly money in the end due to the lack of history. skim through and have a look at it.

best of luck with the sale though, it would not personally put me off, just not in the place to buy at the moment

Ive had an 05 type uk and currently have a jdm hawkeye and wouldn't go back to the uk model, in my opinion its a better car.
For some reason people over here seem to put them behind the uk model, god knows why?

Saying that I am gonna be selling my car v soon

good luck with the sale

Is the opinion it's overpriced? Because litchfield have one the same year with more miles but with 50 bhp more at £17995 which is no more tham a billet turbo and remap more than mine has, but without the brake upgrades?

i juat gave my 57 plate gb270 away with full leather for 10k. same miles as yours too. Never hated selling a car as much as i did the gb270. couldnt give it away in the end on here and ended up px it. funny that the dozen or so higher priced ones on ebay and pistonheads are still for sale 4 months later. no one seems to be buying scoobs. jdm spec one might stand a better chance though as they are rarer and probably better IMO GLWTS

I'd be tempted to say that as it's quite a young car and quite low miles, I'm not sure what difference a bunch of receipts would make. What difference would it really make if it's been pampered but has no history or every single bill since registration and had the bejesus ragged out of it every day of it's life.

Litchfield will put £££ because it's Litchfield and you expect a certain level of service if you're paying that sort of money. £12K or £18K - assuming the 12K car is an honest example, £6K is quite a saving and more than enough to replace any of the important oily bits.

Car is priced right.
Lack of history before import in JDM cars is pretty much the norm. So in this case you have that JDM history but lack history after import. I dont think that will have much bearing on price as you have history from 26k miles to current 34k miles.
You will get a buyer at that price IMO, may have to wait for right buyer

What tax does this come under, what tyres are fitted?
Has the cambelt been changed?

I think it's worth that much easily.

I wish I could afford it because it's exactly what I'm looking for.

Tax is £125 a year
Bridgestone tyres and the cam belt is the next service.

Your car is priced right, contrary to what others may tell you. These same people are more than happy to go to a Subaru dealer with 'God like' status, and pay £4-5000 over the book price for a car just because it's from them! Also, the dealer can offer low rate finance, that's how they can sell easier than a private seller.

A jdm car has traditionally commanded a higher price than its UK counterpart, for clearly obvious reasons
