NOW SOLD

Bought the car last year with the engine out (thrown a piston), the plan was to run it as a everyday car as I already have a highly modded newage. Was in storage for 6 months and have just spent thousands on it getting it ready for the road but have recently split for the Mrs so need to release funds and it has to go .

Completely rebuilt engine (By Pennine Subaru, originally from of Jag's WR1). Engine is a sti V8 which has been stripped, cleaned, aqua blasted, inspected and completely rebuilt along with the heads.
Modified Oil Pump
Arp bolt kit
Walbro 255
Forge Dump Valve VTA
Engine has just been run-in (1100 miles) and oil changed yesterday 15w/50 Motul ready for mapping.
Car has been professionally machine polished.
Car is absolutly mint undeneath (I can arrage for it to be put on a lift for inspection) and hasnt been waxoiled yet so you can see the original paint underneath.

Car is basically run in and ready to Map on new engine. Car comes with a second backbox (loud one which is direct swap with the Milltek for those that want a bit of noise) a K&N induction kit (not to be fitted until mapped, hence the standard airbox). Also comes with brand new Simtek ecu ready to fit!

Am updating this ad as I go.

Stunning absolutely stunning, can I ask did you rebuild the engine with forged parts or just reuse the standard wr1 internal

Nice motor. Just one thing, how come it doesn't have an sti intercooler??

Standard parts bud (i wasnt planning on big power with this just wanted the security of a scd block etc.

Its a wrx type r Bud (with Sti stickers etc)

Saw this today, and it is absolutely stunning!!! The condition is Immaculate, probably a lot better than my Blob to be honest.

Will be a fantastic buy for someone!

I'm sure it's a V3 guys.

It does have DCCD Jden.

Berks-Jack, It's running a standard turbo, so that will be it's limiting factor when Dave gets it mapped.

bonesetter, North Yorkshire and West coast depending where he is at the time, lol.

Can't see the DCCD wheel. Its a V4 Type R V Limited.

These had the roof vent but no DCCD - although it should have ABS. WRX engine and usually the turbo off the STI of that version.

In the UK, I'd want ABS over DCCD.

I'm sure it does have DCCD as we spoke about it, and I saw the button near the handbrake.....
