why are you selling it?

I currently have a WR1, and I want more power and a nice future project, but I don't want to ruin yet another WR1 by modding it like so many others have!

Me and my better half are looking to get a place, it's a seriously reluctant sale, but Life moves on....
Think I've been dragging my heels trying to sell it...lol
