I'm looking to paint some brembos for my classic soon, the rears are in pretty good shape already with only a couple of chips here and there and I havent seen the fronts in the flesh just yet but dont look too bad in photos. I can do all prep and paint myself as well.

My question is:

Paint them gold again?
Go for the same colour as the car? (65C Reddish blue)
Or go for something else completely?

Like I said, the car is 65C reddish blue with white Rota Torques fitted.

What have you guys done to your calipers??

 

Black would look good or porsche yellow

 

Was discussing this with an associate today, i like the gold colour but black with white writing would look classy.

 

Yeah like the Brembos on the newest style Impreza? Black might be pretty good, at least they'll look clean all the time!

I kinda like the look of huge brakes being noticeable on a car though. Black would make the hard to see.
