Default mud flap question

Hi people

I was reversing into my drive yesterday and as always I reverse up to my brick flower bed, this time round I heard a dodgy sound as I hit the flower bed ... after looking into it I seem to have dislodged one of the bolts on the mud flap, how do I go about getting it fixed?

any help appreciated
