Default classic clear indicator bulbs

hi all,

ive got some classic clear front indicators on the way in the post. do these need new amber bulbs or do the clear indicators have a amber lens inside so i can use my existing clear bulbs?

You need amber bulbs or these: http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?q=sil...9,r:7,s:0,i:95, or similar, Philips do some, one of mine went recently, got a pair off ebay, £7.50 delivered.

ebay: enter "silvatec".

where did you get the clear lenses?

They were on the bumper when I bought it from a scrapper.
But they turn up on e-bay regularly, for around £25.

Just make sure you buy the correct ones, pre 99 or post 99.
