I've Recently just bought myself another rear bumper for my 94Wrx and the bumper came off another wrx in the same year and 406silver,

But ive noticed that at the bottom under the number plate mine has a black strip were as this one is all silver,

And searching around the net i have noticed some pre face lift front bumpers have the slats colour coded were as mines in black.
Whys this?

 

Mine, 98 uk car, was delivered with black sideskirts, rear spats, mirrors and door handles. I took the lot off and had them colour coded.

Maybe your car's been done?

 

No don't mean the skirts,handles or the hockysticks. Were the number plates sit on the bumpers

 

Not sure what you mean as I thought they were all the colour of the car bar the hockeysticks!!
