Hi i have a 2006 R Sport Impreza. Yesterday my friend in his new pick up reversed into me and has now dented the plastic bumper on the front.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem with a dent and know of anyway to get it repaired and what technique someone would use to repair it? I have had a quote for a new front bumper which was a bit steep for a bit of un-painted plastic. PICTURES ARE IN LINK BELOW. I know it is nothing major but i just hate my car looking like it has been battered

hot air gun, then some filler and bit of paint.

 

what he said^^ or hairdryer, if you do it right paint wont even flake so no need for painting
