Hi all,

I have a 2002 bug with a Seibon Carbon Bonnet. It is using the existing bonnet catch, and needless to say, I have various events where the catch has come undone under the force of the wind on a long run. I really need to sort out a method of securing it so that I can once again drive at speed without soiling myself!!

I reckon I can get past this by fitting bonnet pins, but prefer the clean look as it is...is there any way I can get around this issue??

If your bonnet catch uses bolts try 'threadlock' its glue used on motor bikes to stop nuts an bolts vibrating loose, Demontweeks sell it!
