Nope, not all STis had them, unless anyone is absolutely certain. Mine never had them for example, unless they'd been mislaid in Japan perhaps.
I've been told it was the lightweight versions because they didn't have fog lights as standard equipment, so Type R, RA and the "Limited"s.
Anybody else know more?
