Default Private plates on Import models..

Whats the deal with this, I have a private plate off a previous vehicle, the DVLA seem to think I cant put it on the Impreza due to it being an import..

I dont see why not?

Has anyone else experienced this problem before?

Its annoying me at the minute..

Any info on this would be excellent.

Thanks

as long as the private plate doesnt make the car appear newer than it actually is then there isnt a problem.I have a private plate on my Spec C
