MY99 fog light bolts

From: South Wales - Stuck on this rollercoaster, get me off!!
Does anybody Know the size of these bolts?
I will be replacing the covers soon and it looks like both bolts have seized so i'm gonna have to dremmel/drill them out, want to replace them with some allen key bolts instead.
Has anybody had this problem before, if so how did you sort it?

Replaced all mine with standard stainless bolts from the local bolt and nut stockist, (www.yell.com), when I had the car nearly new.
Since replaced two off each side with stainless security bolts of two different sorts.
to protect my driving lights.
IIRC, the bolts are M8 x 30
