Mirror and lights

Hi, I have just bought a 2001 wrx wagon and need some help please. Its a bug eye model with a hella lamp conversion. 1 indicator, dip and sidelight in 1 and main beam in the third. Are they normal 12 volt halogen or something else. They have relays and a heat sink thing built into them. Not going on road till 1st April so how good/bad are these lights?
Drivers side wing mirror glass is smashed. Can I replace the glass only. If so how.

For the mirror...
Pull it off and stick new one on easy ! But not cheap if heated !

As for lights, probably o.k. if Morettes... HID dip is nice see BOB'5 groupbuy !
