Iv just got my Jun maximum flow grill for impreza (my99) its not as good a quality as expected

just wondering who else has one, and how they secured it to the car...there are two tapped whole in mine, but they dont match up to anything and i didnt recieve any fixings?

ideas?

 

Hi wrighty im just in the process of fitting mine, the two tapped holes are for securing the mesh and i drilled two fresh holes above them so i could use a couple of bolts that locate where the original grill clips into,
ive just put the last coat of paint on it today so ill get a pic of it when its all done
