Has anyone else made the stupid mistake of ordering items from this useless place.?

Three months ago I ordered some crystal lights for my 94 impreza. I did order the wrong ones for the rear of the car admittedly. But that was THREE months ago.

I have arranged to have them delivered to a local garage, as a previous delivery was sent back to them and not delivered. Aparently due to no one being at home.

So three months has passed and still not delivered. I have just spoken to someone who asked ME to phone my local sorting office to see if the parcel is sat waiting for delivery......

If you want lights DO NOT....DO NOT use GBK....Unless you enjoy giving people money and not recieving your lights....You have been warned...!!!!

 

There a bunch of monkeys, they sent me the wrong wing for my car it and took about 10 calls to these retards to get a refund they dont know they're **** from they're elbow!

 

I ordered a wing mirror 23/oct/07 for delivery to france,after countless e-mails, phonecalls and excuses, we have arrived in feb 08.
NO MIRROR- NO REFUND and today no answering phone.
