Default Classic Rear bumper differences

Just bought a rear bumper for my classic 99 turbo, GC8. Its got a bump strip on it. ITs been colour coded, but it looks different to the one I've got.
Is it off a wagon or something?
Do wagon ones foit a saloon?
Any help much apprieciated.

There were 2 types of rear bumper on the classic Impreza
92-96 Which had a recess round it
96-00 A lot smoother.

You have probably got hold of an older style bumper.
