Default Scoobyworld WRC Rear Spoiler

Hi folks, just thought I'd post this thread to let off some steam !
Fitted the aforementioned spoiler last week and have been undecided about the colour match as provided by Scoobyworld, the paint seemed to be a match only in certain lighting conditions. It has now become apparent that this optical illussion is caused by wafer thin paint that has now started to fall off, I've seen gold leaf thicker than this paint, I'll be contacting them tomorrow to find out if their customer service is any improvement over their paintwork, I'll post again with the outcome !!!!

if you're not happy with the finish of the paintwork, then of course call us and we'll collect it and have it re-prepared and re-painted.

regards

i always think it is better to give a company a chance before posting things like this - if they don't help then go for it...

Firstly, the spoiler is fitted and sealed to the bootlid and given that I have had to drill more holes in the bootlid even if I do remove it and return the spoiler to Scoobyworld, what am I supposed to do for transport, drive around in a car that is going to end up with a swimming pool in the boot if it rains ?

Secondly I'm all for giving people a chance but as Subaru specialists I don't think that this type of service is acceptable, bearing in mind I also purchased a front spoiler that arrived with no fitting kit or instructions, although the latter was e-mailed to me after I complained, so how many chances do you give ??

GROW UP!!!! Ever heard of sticky tape to temperary cover holes. Scoobyworld are competition to me ,but i think you are being very UNFAIR.
As for the front spoiler you don't need too many brain cells to see how they fit on!!!!

Contacted SCOOBYWORLD today reference the problem with the spoiler and was treated very well, they have agreed to refund the charge for painting the spoiler in order that I can have it re-painted locally.
