I want to detango myself, but the idea of heating up the lens in the oven just had "your going to **** this up" written all over it Off to find my pliers.

If your going to break them up be careful of scratching the delicate reflective surface. I tried that method, saw I was marking the surface and put them in the oven instead. I view that as the best way of carrying out a de-tango.

Not got round to it yet. My wife has just had a little girl so I've been a bit busy.
If you like I'll take a few photos and a brief run down of any problems I run into when I do it.
