Question Classic Splashguards

I've got a set of classic splashguards - the flexible rubber ones that attach to the sill covers. Has anyone been able to source a fitting kit for them (the brackets and bolts). Helpfully i can get a set from Subaru providing i also buy the splashguards, but not otherwise.

Any options other than relying on 'sticking' them to the car.

TIA

Adam

Mine have been "stuck" on for nearly a year as the bolts that came with mine had had it.

Used that 4mm flexible fixing tape stuff from a motor factors - its very strong stuff - if you don't get the placing right first time you're gonna have a job getting them off again.

Beleive me - they won't be coming off in a hurry.

Thanks Messiah

I figure they will hold well if stuck, but good to know all the same.

It amazes me that whether you buy OEM or not the fixings on something like this are going to decay. If/when they do, and for any reason you need to remove them you basically can't put them back on again unless you stick them on. Subaru clearly don't see this as an issue or perhaps more to the point don't care. Its not as if they are cheap to renew at over £200

I have mailed GGR to see if they will sell a fitting kit separately, its not listed on their website but still......
