Question front splitter fitting

lo all

I have just bought a aftermarkert front splitter for my classic and it fits pretty well exept for the odd place where there is a gap of about 2/3mm.
How do i seal/fill this gap without it sticking out like a sore thumb? Thought silicone but that won't hold paint.

any help much apprieciated

Try Pur-Flex, aka Cica-flex, available from car bodyshops, paint shops etc.
it will take paint, and sticks like the proverbial.......
