can anybody tell me how to fit a splitter and do you get it painted before you fit it

Fitting depends on what splitter it is.

It's normal to paint prior to fitting.

 

yes but you should trial fit any part before paint

 

its a cheap version of a jun splitter that i bought on ebay and its not the best fit but with a bit of sealant it should be ok,bought some plastic primer and got the paint from halfords cos they do a colour match which looked spot on,have some lacquer as well,going to give it a try

what is the best thing to stick it with,have heard that tiger seal is the stuff but it cost £12, is there anything else?
