Not sure if i've put this in the right area....

Just p/x'ed the scoob today for a CTR which appears to have tinted windows, i remember seeing past threads about tighter retrictions on these...

so my question is would it fail an mot for having too darker tint or dosn't the mot cover this?

If not checked by mot where would i get it checked?

if it is too dark how hard is it to remove the film/whatever they use?

You will probably find that the CTR windows are smoked in that colour and not after market tint filmed. Take it to an MOT station and they should be able to tell you if they are legal or not.
