did they all have the slots cut in them for the sti foglamp covers?

i was expecting to have to slot the bumper myself, but when it was deliverd today i noticed they were allready in the bumper

it looks like there might be square holes in the bumper as well to bolt on a sti6 front spoiler?

bumper is brand new and from grade a

 

2 slots in the top part are standard.

About half a dozen 1/2" square holes should be there too.
