hi all,
need as much help as possible,how do you take off front bumper. front wings and doors and replace.
how hard is this to do?
all help really appreciated, many thanks

 

surely someone on here must have taken these parts off. anybody?

 

Front bumper:
-Remove all the wheel arch line clips to the bumper.
-Right at the top rear corner there is a bolt going up into the wing, remove this.
-Under the airbox/carbon canister there are 2 big bolts on the chassis rail, remove these and the same on the battery side.
Think thats it

Pull bumper forward and up (to unhook it from the rails) and disconnect the fogs and indicators.


Front wings:
-There are 4 (I think) bolts in the top edge (under bonnet).
-1 maybe 2 bolts next to the door hinge point.
-1 bolt below the side light
-1 bolt right at the bottom of the wing (behind the sideskirt)

Think they are all 10mm heads


Doors:

-Remove door card for access.
-Push grommet out of door with wiring in.
-Unplug any wiring and feed out of the door (leaving wiring in grommet!!!)
-Unbolt door hinges from car (4 bolts) Be carfull the door is heavy and will hurt if you drop it on your feet
