Sti 5/6 Front Lip Spoiler - where from?
Recently damaged the paint work on my rear bumber .... don't ask! So decided while getting this sprayed i might as well do some color coding and fit a front lip spolier too...... i don't really want anything bigger/bulkier than the STi style though. I have seen a few on various sites and the prices vary quite a bit, so am now wondering if there are big differences in quality.
Its for a MY00 so can anyone recommend a supplier.

Thats the thread i had searched for!! .... it used to be in my favourites. Will favourites ever become available again? Even if old ones can't be retrieved would be good to have back.

I have a few thread links saved to my PC
"Favourites" has been replaced by "Subscripton folders" in the "User CP"
Simon and Shuan have a long list of things and one of them is to import all the old favorites (if possible).

How come you guys have got STi6 lip spoilers bought and already painted for £100?
Cheapest I can find is DR motorsport which do them for £200 bought and painted.
You do mean painted as in painted your cars' colour?

Hi Guys,
Went for a test drive in my mates STi-5 Type R yesterday afternoon, (he's looking to sell and I'm about to opt out of the Company Car Scheme.....fed up with funding Mr Browns coffers!)...so looks like I'm applying for a loan tomorrow at 9am
Anyway, very new to the Scooby world, frantically reading as many threads as poss, and saw this one with the pic of Andy's car with the chin spoiler....very nice mate!
Three questions...
1) In the link to the other thread on this discussion, somebody mentions that you have to quote the chassis number when ordering an OE item from Subaru...does this stop you from ordering one for an import model?...if so, is there a way around this?
2) will this chin spoiler (per relevant part numbers), fit onto a Type R front bumper, ie., are they the same (look the same).
3) Am I right in thinking there's not that much difference between STi-5 and STi-6 apart from cosmetic changes like this chin-spoiler?
Thanks in advance (and £130 ish for the whole lot does sound very good value!)...looking forward to a whole new world of Scooby ownership.
Cheers
