a relative small japanese tuner, more like Scoobysport in your country who concentrate on the essential stuff rather than selling useless gadgets.
Have a look at their Products section ,although you probably cannot read Japanese, just click on the items one by one to see what they have (Clutches, manifolds, dampers, brakes, stabilisers etc...)

 

Does look good, wonder if they do a similar one for 97 model front bumper....

It spoils the rest of the lines because this splitter goes better with the corresponding side skirts etc...
