Has anyone fitted these to their original spolier and if so are they worth £110.00?

Piccies of some fitted if possible would be really helpful.

They are on this page:

http://www.tsl-motorsport.co.uk/wrx.html

under "New Age Impreza WRX Rear Spoiler Extension Kits" (about half way down).

A couple of ppl on here have em but personally I'd save a little more and get a proper spoiler, the standard one just doesnt look as good.

Daz.

Dont bother they make the spoiler look like an Ironing board.
Or even a road going AWACS.

Thanks for the offer but I've decided I am going to get the PPP & Quickshift done on my WRX for the time being. There nothing left in the piggy bank now for anything else.

Beefy

Never mind the spoiler.. will be in the garage....I have always thought about a quickshift for my 02 WRX, I used to have an MR2 with a short throw..

Just wondered out of curiosity (and cost) what you had gone for ??

Aye Goon it is a bit, how you doing m8tey? Ain't seen you about for a while...

I'm going to have the standard 5 spd quickshift fitted as sold by subaru (Cost is £200 inc VAT but dont know how much the fitting will cost on top) as my MY03 is still under warranty (hence also having the PPP done rather than other mods).

Add to that the PPP at £1600 and the colour coding of the sills (I forgot about them) and its going to be over £2000. Still money well spent in my opinion.

Yeah I limited the STi to Prodrive mods only, could never sleep properly knowing that my old car was modded to death and was a big warranty claim waiting to happen.

You'll notice the uprated springs more than the quickshift, better vfm I reckon.

What sort of money do the uprated prodrive springs cost?

Erm, £170ish for springs and 3 hours labour, for the STi anyway, yours should be similar.

Ok cheers m8, I'll follow that up this week with the dealer (of course what will probably happen is I'll get them on top of everything else!)
