diy classic front grill
#1
started last nite finished it this afternoon whole job took around 5 hours , cost £20 for the mesh, hot glue stick and some cable ties and clips, total cost around £25 . took the front off , drew a line around the existing grill then cut out ,i left in the fixing holes for the number plate and a fixing point on the bottom, cut the hole thing out with a hacksaw blade, then fixed the mesh in place, (would probably be a similar job if you were to fit an front mounted intercooler), its not that hard to do, with great result.
