Do you mean the like the ones fitted to my car?
If so, then any of the Subaru Dealers can get them for you. IIRC they're around £200 here in the UK
They come in black plastic, but I had mine colour coded.

On the Performance Subaru site (under Styling, NewAge), they have (what looks like those) listed as "Mini Side Under Spolier".
Not sure if that's the one, but it's the closest thing I've seen.

PS. On second thoughts that looks like the rear one. I'd drop them an e-mail asking about the one on the front wheel arch.
