Cool

Hi All,

Just got my pink badge through, wasnt keen on damaging car so this is what I did.

No messing around with hair dryer or anything. All you need is a small 15cm steel ruler. This provides the ideal thin, flat and wide blade you need to get under the lip. Gradually prize away at the lower edge(less noticeable) and eventually the rule will bend under the badge, at which point just prize off fully.

I got my black badge off, totally undamaged and did very little if any damage to the car.

Pics to follow to show you what I mean. Dont use a screwdriver, itll damage the grill as too much load is spread over a small area.

Andy

Got mine off with a length of dental floss, and a gentle sawing motion.
THEN I stripped the black paint off the old badge rear, using Wickes paintbrush cleaner and plenty of rubbing, washed it, and sprayed it pink from the rear!! Total cost was £2.99
