i have an my96 wrx wagon import...i am trying to ascertain what colour it is?? dark blue with metallic flecks in?? is this dbm???

Under the bonnet there should be a plaque with the paint code on it. Post that up here and I'm sure someone will recognise it

Subaru change shades of colours faster than a really fast thing!!!!
They changed the Green they used in 96/7 and the Silver in 98/99
Still green or silver but subtly different shades

Thanks for that..ok had a look under the bonnet and there is a sticker that says paint OK AO1, however there is a sticker under the back bumper that says paint 1A10??

confused..I am? any ideas anyone?

 

mica colours only came in later didn't they? my mate has the same colour your describing, it's not as metallic and a darker shade of blue.
