Does anyone have a rough idea how much it would cost to have a front splitter repainted?
I've got my hands on one, but it's a different colour to my car, therefore needs painting to match. Just need an approximate price so I know that I'm not being taken for a ride with any quotes.
I presume it won't be as expensive as getting it painted from scratch because it'll already be primed etc?? Or is it as well just starting from scratch?
Cheers

Just paid £300 for the whole front bumper to be resprayed, so it should be considerably cheaper for just the splitter!! Got fed up with looking at those bl**dy stone chips.

The guy who sprayed the chips off the bonnet and the scratch charged me about £30-40 per panel mate.
If it's just a splitter, I doubt it'll be much more.
I trust the guy (small outfit in Fife)
Drop me a line if you're interested.

Sorry, forgot to add that there was some damage to the fibreglass, and the bumper needed to be removed for the work. The car was in for an Insurance claim, so I had the bumper done at the same time, but yeah it was a bit expensive all the same! Oh well s**t happens!

Pickle,
I had an argument with a motorway sign a few years back, which resulted in some nice 6 inch scrapes on the bumper. I had it repaired and resprayed for £100 all-in.
If you claimed it all through insurance, then fair enough, but if you paid out of your own pocket, I'd have words with the manager.
