Mudflap fitting

What is the suggested height off the ground for fitting mudflaps??

use the holes that are pre drilled in the mud flap, that will be fine as the height.

Are there any guides about for fitting,or are they pretty straight forward/easy to fit?

I ordered some rallyflapz ones and the fitting instructions were very good. Unfortunately they weren't for me and have ordered rally armor ones instead. For these there are YouTube videos but it looks easy.

I've got some rallyflapz ones to fit but I'm pretty sure there are no fitting instructions?
The are new but I bought 2nd hand.
I will check on YouTube
