V5/6 Rear Spoiler. How to spot OEM
Hi All,
I'm looking for a genuine V5/6 rear spoiler and want to know how to spot a genuine one from a seller. Does the OEM have leds or bulbs and should there be a part no on it, and how is it fixed. Any guidance much appreciated.

Yeah, but the f/glass copies have that too.
Two things, if there are any holes between the two parts, check for a smell of f/glass resin, it hangs about inside.
Check that the brake light fixing is by THREE machine screws from underneath, NOT two self tappers from the rear.
And try it's weight if you can, genuine one weighs about half what a copy does.
