Default ABW type widearch fitting guide?

Afternoon all,

Has anyone made a fitting guide to fit the bolt on 'ABW' type wide arches? I'd like to do it one day, but I don't like going into these things blind

I get that they just 'bolt on', I'm more interested in the cutting of the arches underneath etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

Cut alot of metal out mate! is a few threads on here with various methods people done it, Think the best i saw was someone made a lip out of the old arch for it to sit on.

Then weld it all up, Fit arches and silly wide wheels

'Silly wide' good or bad?

I've had a look around and found different bits on different threads, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive complete guide.

I don't fancy the body shop charge either
