Attaching mesh to bumper

What's best to attach my mesh to the bumper? There's nothing to tie it down so it will have to be glued. Anyone does this before? Advice would be great, ta.

How much would I need? I need to do the top grill also. Will one tube do the job? Think I'm going for the tiger seal.
