Super! Frankie Lampard 
took his tally to 151 in 470 appearances for The Blues yesterday, nearly 400 less games than Giggs, 170 less than Scholes, and I wont even bother mentioning Gerrard

By the way it's still a fantastic achievement none the less, and neither he or gerrard has anything to prove at international level any more than any other player has.

I admire him as a football player, for Chelsea and England, but I dont admire him as a person "off" the field. I hope he learns from his mistakes in life, both on and off the field.
