Well thought i'd start off what is going to be a great final with the worlds best two teams. I hope it's a game with classy football and not won with a controversial decision

OK, I'll bite.

The worlds two best teams? Whilst Utd can justifiably make the claim to one of those places, I saw nothing from Barcelona that made me think they'd finish in the top four in the premiership.

OK, maybe they'd sneak into the top 4 above Arsenal.

The finals as good as over.

I reckon the MU players will be well rested by the time of the CL final.
I too reckon they'll beat barca - just a feeling, thats all.

Personally I'd love MU to win, be the first to win back to back etc etc.

Come on MU

Shaun

Not looking good for Rio

Or are they faking his "injury" and not giving anything away to Barca? Starting to get nervous already

Why's it not looking good for Rio? Please don't read the tabloids for your info. He said after the Arsenal game he would be looking for some minutes against Hull to prove his fitness to Fergie. nothings changed that I'm aware of. he's meant to be back in full training today.

Even if he doesn't play against Hull if he's fit he starts, end of.

O'shea gets the nod to start, must be right back

I remember being on here about 3 or more years back saying how Rio was the best defender in the world and being laughed at. The guy is class, a big game player as shown for United and England. I totally agree he has to play if able to. His calmness and abilty to keep the ball will be vital for United. He's the best passer at the back as well.

World's best two teams!!

Seriously though, as far as bets go, money on Barca to lose is a dead cert. Far better than any savings account.

Northern Ireland excuse me, there's a big difference

Anyway, I'm going to be in Spain when the final is on.

So I guess when Man U score I should refrain from cheering

im off to pick up my ticket in half hour! i just hope there isnt a 3 hour wait like there has been earlier on in the week!

i am getting nervous about the final, i wish i was as confident as you lot are but i dont know whether that is due to the fact i will be at the game as it was the same for moscow, it might have something to do with the travelling as i never get nervous before a game at OT
