Ryder Cup 2008
10 month's ago I thought the US would win quite comfortably, totally change my mind over the summer Europe looking very strong.
Faldo really looks like the pressure is getting to him, the whole sandwich list squirming and then letting his emotions get the better of him after meeting Ali, I don't doubt Faldo was moved by meeting the great man, but this is not the Faldo I remember, man of iron nothing fazing him, arrogance.
Maybe he's chilled out a bit in his later years, I hope he hasn't become overawed by it all and loses his focus on the job in hand.
Shouild be a cracking weekend all the same

They battled back last night, did you see Poulters face? How determined was he towards the end
Feel a bit sorry for Olly Wilson he's not been given a fair crack a the whip and will be expected to go out today and perform well. I've played against him many times at county junior and senior level and you could always tell he was going to make it, he had that different mindset to everyone else. I'm well and truely chuffed to see him there

We've battled back well, it's closer than I thought it would be and we have a chance. Yanks still favourites though.
The determination and emotion our guys show is superb. Poults just revels in this, McDowell too. And did you see Sergio giving it some after he holed that putt? I had the french doors open and I'm sure I heard the "COME ON" come through them, not the TV.

Ah well, it was bound to happen eventually
On the plus side, Poulter definitely shut the critics up Shame the more 'established' names failed to step up to the mark though

So much for my prediction
Credit to the yanks they played well. Thought the gamesmanship between Sergio and Kim was awesome, matchplay at it's best!
