Arrow John Terry - How is he feeling right now?

What a complete **** up !!!

Being a born and bred Manc Blue - His miss was a wonderful source of enormous laughter and, ultimately despair when the Rags took the win.

John Terry was unlucky. A victim of the poor surface. His save by heading off the line earlier in the game was outstanding . Give the guy a break.

Oh and for the record I'm delighted that the crooked ruskie and his squillions failed.

He'll be feeling tired, worn out , annoyed and like someone on £130,000 per week that needs not worry about anything.

Poor thread.

Few beers and a Home Counties Scum (Man U) fan?

He is probably gutted, but i imagine within 24 hours of being back in the Uk, driving about in his Lambo/Ferrari, chilling in a gazzillion pound mansion, floating in the pool/jacuzzi he'll be that relaxed he wont give a toss

Never gonna hear the end of this in work now, as my boss is in Moscow, and returns tommorrow (did i mention im a city fan )

still, i wanted Man U to win and always kinda knew they would

im soooo looking forward to the next few days in work

I was supporting Man U tonight (just for this game), but when Terry stepped up to take his penalty I really wanted him to score, to have all that on your shoulders must be bloody hard.

Whilst I agree footballer appear to be able to earn unlimited money, I can't understand some of the posts on here, Terry wanted to win, and pretty sure he'd give up lots of cars and cash to win the champions league.

Hope he gets over it.

But what do I know I'm an Ipswich supporter!

I did expect him to take a dive whilst taking the penalty in order to get another penalty

Fair play to Forest Scoobywont.

IIRC, your double win came just after my club did the same thing?

Oh, and we've won it 5 times.

And being dreaming of winning it ever since.....more chance of platting **** comes to mind.....pmsl

As for Terry, I agree with a post above, he's been at Chelsea for years, its like saying that Giggsy and Scholes wouldn't be bothered, yeah, big wages take the disapointemtn off winning, but I do think Terry will be cut up about it, its like Gerrard at liverpool, born and bread in the city, grew up through the ranks to capatain them, to do that and win the most prestigious comp in the world must be amazing, no matter what wages you get.

That exactly right Jimmy - The rest of the idiots who are saying he wont care obviously no nothing about JT or football if Terry could miss a months wages and take that that pen again i'd bet my whole salary he'd do it.

When a player looks back at the end of his career he wants to see the trophies lined up and to have been successful in the game. I dont think Terry will care to much about the money and i for one felt for the guy. He's a great player and plays every game with his heart and soul, think that was obvious after he missed.

I would much preferred Cashley Cole to have missed, he's a d!ck

I'm a United fan too

I bet you was about 3 years old when they won that lol,
I love Forest fans that are still 30 years behind the rest,

JT will be gutted, he has to get out of Moscow alive first, I bet Roman has his Russian mafia out for him lol and the first text he had on his phone was from Beckham asking if he wants to borrow his boots next time,
I dont support either team and if Jose had still been there I would have wanted Chelsea to win, they played with there hearts last night but I didnt feel Man U did, Which is why I think a lot people dont like Man U they expect to win and it comes across as arrogance but its not.

A penalty shoot out is n way to settle a match in a fair and meaningful way. It does not denote the team that won as being deserving of the victory at all.
