Toon toon!!!
Despite fielding only 10 professional players they still managed a 2-1 win over Celta Vigo. Milner again looking dangerous whenever he was on the ball
Played 3, won 3

Best goal I ever saw was Ginola's against Ferencvaros in the 96/97 season, 40 yard cross over to him on the edge of the area. Chest, knee, wallop in the top corner of the net
Hard earned 3 points againts Pompey this weekend

Any fool can score against the opposition, it's what they're paid for
It takes a special kind of fool to get one of that quality past your own keeperHave you never wondered why wee Titus is greated with such reverence whenever the barcodes journey to Anfield

Ah, memories of attacking, free flowing football and a little defence
Great result tonight and what a goal by Emre
The royals at least came to SJP with a good attacking side not like a lot of negative playing teams that just get promoted.
They were good for the money but again real sh1tty defending could have costs us dearly
Surreal momant of the match occurred in the first half when a woodcock managed to fly in then couldn't get back out! It got knackered and was subbed by Martins

Certainly not, I tell the difference between a woodcock and plain old ****

PS - we are reliably informed the bird on the pitch in the first half was a woodcock - not a curlew as suggested in some quarters. It was rescued by Martins and handed to an official.
Judging by its lack of mobility it will be joining Bramble, Owen, Parker etc. on the treatment table....
