Made hard work of it in the first half, but only stringing you along

Too much fannying around passing between the back four for my liking

I actually want Chelsea to win the League, if only to **** off the BBC's pro-Liverpool mafia of Alan Green, Mark Lawrenson and Alan Hansen.

Sounds more like a bitter toffee .

16 points lead can be lost - but I cant see Chelsea dropping more than 6 points to the end of the season.

Shame you're going out of the CL in the next tie .

Definitely not an Everton supporter.

Here's hoping Chelsea win the title for the next few years, then the Liverpool media mafia and Manchester United "celebredee" clingons might finally STFU, and realise there's football life outside the North-West.

There's no chance of that (the liverpool / manure bit - every chance Chelsea will win the title for the next few years).

Come on then - who do you support ?

East Stand seat no. 126 upper level, this Sunday 1.30 home against Charlton.
1 1/2 hour drive to Hounslow west under ground station, 1/2 from there to Fulham Broadway

what is classed as a big club?

the amount of trophies won?

Everton have won more than chelsea!I won't even go into what LFC have achieved cause you will only start crying!

the amount of support locally/worldwide? Liverpool and Man U will wipe the floor with Chelsea there.

Money?

well you've certainly got a lot of that, but you're still £80 million in debt,so what happens when the russian mafia finally sort Abhramovich out and you're left with that debt and the players wage bill?

As to the liverpool media mafia,I can't stand listening to Hansen/Lawrenson,loved them as players but as pundits the pair are complete gob****es,who would rather criticise than manage.

And finally, phew the 2 most successful/supported clubs in England happen to be in the North West, what's the problem with that.

Buckwheat, where do your loyalties lie or are you too embaressed to let us know?

So Everton are a big club too .

If you did go into the amount of trophies Liverpool have won it wouldn't include the Premiership Trophy cant include yourself as a big club till you have, even Blackburn have won it .

Most Liverpool fans are middle aged, having been trophy hunters from the 70's and 80's.

pj748r when did you start supporting Liverpool????

pj748r, Re your last post concerning armchair supporters???? what does that mean??? if you dont watch your team live every week your not a true supporter??? So..... Man U and Liverpool having the biggest support in the whole wide world they must have more "armchair supporters" than anyone

I'd base it on worldwide supporter base.

Fact is Chelski is a one man club and the fans are allowed to see his toy at work. He does not need the fans or their money. This is not the case for any other club I can think of.

PS This does not detract from the achievements of the players.

Sounds a bit like Man Utd (only instead of money they've got debt)

Is that not the same as Man USA? owned by one man, except he needs the fans money to pay off his huge debt

partly yes but as you say he needs the fans to fund the club. Therefore the fans are intricate in the survival of the club.

He needs the world wide fans to buy all the **** merchandise - he couldn't give a **** about the guys that turn up at OT week in week out (apart from knowing that they will no matter what happens and however much they charge them) .

At least Abramovich seems to like Chelsea .

I cant stand the Glazers but they do need the fans and all of them.

Old Roman makes more interest on the cash he has than it costs him to run and buy players for Chelski. The fans are just lucky he lets them watch his team.

pj748r when did you start supporting Liverpool
Well being born over the road from The Kop in 1968,and coming from a long line of Reds,I guess you could say since then.First game was in 1971 and have been home and away with them ever since

So Everton are a big club too
Never said they were as big as LFC but definitely bigger than Chelski

Most Liverpool fans are middle aged, having been trophy hunters from the 70's and 80's
I think you'll find that back then SKY TV hadn't been invented and most supporters actually went to support their local team,so how come you don't support Bournemouth? and the success started in the mid 60's anyway and just kept on going

what So..... Man U and Liverpool having the biggest support in the whole wide world they must have more "armchair supporters" than anyone
yep your right it's called a fan base and it comes from being successful for more than 1 year Exactly how many "turned up" for your parade of the Premiership trophy ,about 100,000 wasn't it.

try 750,000 for the Champions League Trophy

it wouldn't include the Premiership Trophy
same as the one we won 18 times just a different name

I didn't say he didn't need them. I said he knows they will turn up week in week out no matter what's going on. He's much more interested in the global brand that is manure. After a couple of years he'll have fooked off having cleared his personal debts and left uniched with them all.

Mine was '74 when we were struggling

Was born in the "stinky city" of London, a true supporter doesn't mind travelling a long way to watch their team

hmm, maths not one of your strong points, glory hunter at 3 years old,nah don't think so,just brought up supporting the right team, from the cradle

I'll give you credit for loyalty though,30 years is a long time to watch a mediocre team, especially when the Gunners have been the best team in London for a long long time

No jobs to go to I guess, bet the crime rate went down
Wouldn't know about that,I've never been unemployed myself, you shouldn't believe everything you read in The Scum!

I didn't realise London was crimefree now.

Parade didn't start till late afternoon and went late into the night

anyway going to work now as this conversation is soo boring,a bit like your football team

A lot have stopped but you are right a lot now turn up in their place. You are also correct. he is only in it for the money and not for the football club. some day in the future he will leave United in a deep pile of poo

Hi Paul, I'll be there. My season ticket is in the East Upper, seat 102 which is right over the tunnel, just to the left of the halfway line. Fortunately its pretty near the front of the upper tier..... take an oxygen supply with you if you're in one of the higher rows!

Enjoy the game, and keep the blue flag flying high!

Mark
