Default ryder cup

Driving to work was a little more pleasurable this morning, knowing that the Ryder Cup was already well within our grasp. Listening to 5 live this morning, does Hal know what he is doing with his pairings??

Don't count your chickens yet, we've lost before when 6-2 up on the first day.
But I'm quiet confident we will retain the cup.

Come on and stuff the yanks!!

Don't you mean 10.5 v 5.5 as there's 8 points to be won today.

Lee Westwood (from Worksop) came to play at our course when he was in the Notts Country Junior Team..... this was when we were about 15yrs (1990 ish) he was off +2 then.. and he drove the first green a par 4 - 400 and odd hole!!!
My mum has played Golf with his mum a few times and she is so proud that all the time and effort thats been put in has paid off.

Bringing the cup home!!!

**** sake ! as if golf isnt boring enough of a spectator sport....they do radio coverage
I can hear it now: "he hits the ball, its in the air, its coming down, oh, its on the ground...its in the hole.
Thrilling

i agree completely, i love golf but radio coverage is just the lamest thing to listen to.

'course the yanks are trailing at the mo, it's the team format they're playing

watch them come back in the singles
