just seen the boro high lights(if you can call them that) and they look as though they stuggled . yep big al did the business and paddy the same looking very good . once again they were very dirty about 30 yes 30 freekicks to newcastle but only 3 bookings for them plus one sending off for a hand ball by the keeper and yet newcastle had 2 bookings for far less fouls

The only thing the ref got right, highlight of the game was his defensive header for Sakhnin, and of course, Big Al's hat-trick.
They were so dirty it was unbelievable

Good result although could have been more goals , Bowyer deserved one and was miles onside when his tap in from Shearer's parried free-kick was disallowed, again the ref should have made an example of some of the disgraceful cowardly tackles early on which they never stopped doing all night
