It's not done and dusted yet though but I guess only a matter of time...

BBC says it's imminent, nothing on the saintsfc site and their unofficial site quotes him as quitting.

He's not who I would have had my money on... Sure he's done a good job for your chaps but I would have preffered Hoddle despite his antics 3 years ago.

Do you think you can stay up there? Bristol looked like blowing everyone a way for a while but you've got a nice cushion there...

Good luck for the rest of the season from an AFCB and closet saints fan.

According to the vice chairman he resigned as of 12 today and is a fair way down the line in talks with southampton.

Whether we stay up there or not I believe depends on the fans if the crowd gets behind the team we should still play well, if alkl matches turn into slagging off sturrock chants it will destroy the team spirit.

I am not sure if we will win the league but I think we will get automatic promotion still
