Question

Is your scope fitted properly? It might be badly mounted in which case it will be "out" and difficult to align.
If you're unsure take it back to the dealer.

If your scope is misaligned in the mounts then you can use spacers or crude bits of cardboard to lean it left or right i.e. if you need to move it more to the left then put a spacer to the right of the scope on the front mount.

That said, if its decent kit you should not be getting this problem. Take mounts and scope off first and make sure you put them back on straight.

If your scope is aiming low then you need to put the shims underneath the scope on the front mount to raise its elevation. Unless your scope has an enormous tube you should be ok to fit a couple in. Do them one at a time as even a small shim will make a big diff.

Problem with this setup is that the scope will continue to increase with distance as your are moving the scope instead of the reticule. You either have a naff scope or duff mounts. Decent mounts are £40 (I use Theoben Dampa Single Piece Mounts).
