Well done Jenas, Shearer and Dyer! JJ was voted Young Player of the Year, Al was Premiership Player of the Decade, and both he and Dyer made the Premiership team for 2002/03.

A good night for Arsenal too - Henry was PFA Player of the Year and five of their squad made the Premiership team.

Oh, only one ManYu player made the team (Scholes). Ruud Van Diverlot and Becks didn't get a mention...

Remember, this isn't the Media voting, it's fellow professionals showing their respect for their colleagues. I think it shows what they think of a certain team, ie not a lot...

Well played toonman - you actually have something to show off this season. I suppose your going to have to class that as silverware This might slightly reduce the hurt from your 6-1 drubbing at "fortress-hahahahaha" st james!

And the votes were cast long ago...

If they were cast now, when they should be, then it would be very different...

Rooney and O'Shea were far more worthy than JJ IMHO.

"6-1 drubbing at "fortress-hahahahaha" st james"

Typical Manc - exaggerating the score as usual... Maybe you're another who left before the end, or didn't go in the first place?

Cheers!

"it would be very different..."

I don't think so... It's all about respect and admiration.

6-1, 6-2 - its a drubbing whichever way you look at it. Especially considering you had only conceeded 10 all season at home before u played man utd.
