Default English Cricket Summer 2018

Well you can tell the International Cricket season has started it's fookin raining in London after two weeks of glorious sunshine.

Looking forward to seeing young Bess today.

No Matter how poor we are we should destroy PAK

They are utter turd. Can't bat, can't bowl and can't field. They are an embarrassment to Test cricket. We'd lose to Afghanistan and Ireland if we played them at the moment Add to that lot Root hasn't got a clue how to captain a team or make the right decisions. Batting first was an utter joke in the conditions

I switched it on at lunch to see we had won the toss and would bat so thought nah I don't like watching us bat i'll curse them and it will be a low score i'll come back to it when we are bowling. Well that was a mistake

Shame they don't play like that with that line up in test matches we'd get higher scores

After the very early collapse I never thought we'd win that !!

5-0 against the Aussies

6-1 against Panama

Lewis blitzing the French GP.

Bloody good sporting afternoon for this small island of ours

We looked good against the world No2, the WC is ours to lose next year.

Rashid's ball to Kohli, ooooh the look on Kohli's face, what do you mean I've been bamboozled by a leggy

Was a fantastic result with the weather going our way for once. Still one more to win so not over yet but to put one over on India will be a good Summer

Indeed, not bad as we're 5 in the ICC rankings and they're 1, they certainly don't look like a 1, take Kohli out and they're an 8 at best

No they don't at all but then nor do the Ausies or the Boks. I think it's pretty open with no one team dominating like the Aussies did for years. Home advantage always plays a big part unless you play another team who play in similar conditions which is why we struggle at home against the Kiwis. Of course having Jimmy back in form makes a big difference

End of the summer starts tomorrow Wish i'd got tickets for the last test. I've hardly seen any of it this summer due to work so going to make a concerted effort to watch as much of this last test match as I can. Would be great to finish it off with a 4-1 win.

Indeed it would be good to do them 4-1, Kohli's attitude has irked me all summer would be nice to rub his nose in it one more time

Ton for Cookie would be nice as well

I've never been his greatest fan but yes it would have been nice as his stats can't be knocked. Hope he gets it in the 2nd innings. Talk about throw the day away in 10 minutes with 3 wickets Great to see Kohli drop a slip catch as well shut him up for a bit with his cockiness.
