Hi Adam,

I'll probably still have the car, as I'm waiting for the performance bits to be removed! The car handles a little differently without the AP 6-pots, 17" wheels and solid drop links!

I'm sure some of regulars will turn up!!

PS - Do you have a preference in dates or venue?

 

You're not actually having to think about braking now are you as opposed to being able to stop on a sixpence!!

The 11th or 12th would probably be best for me, although the whole of that week, 10th to 13th is alright.

As for locations, well the best for me is the Monkey Puzzle.

If noone minds I'll be interested in coming, enviously looking at the Scoobs and trying not to ask too many Q's to get on peoples nerves. Maybe start getting to know a few people. I'm not an owner yet but shortly after Xmas hopefully. Monkey Puzzle would be cool - not been to that bit of F'boro for ages and used to work near there. Any date around then, bar Mons/Tues (although really, ignore my prefs in other's favour)

As I mentioned above, I'm ok with other dates around then - 6th is fine.

Is it worth/ possible to ring the pub and reserve a table or two so we can all sit down/food?

If we have an idea of how many are coming...

It'll be my first Scooby meet of any sort, so please be nice ;-) I'm 25yrs old btw - does that place me at the lower, upper or middle-ish of the age range?

Breezer,

Myself, Nito, Moe (TopCat) and Alex (DrEvil) try to get together regularly. The others seem to vary a bit! Normally round Guildford way, although we were in Esher today! (Sorry I didn't call you Alex!! )

I'll make a point of posting them, rather than calling or emailing the regulars!

They were basically yobs handing out abuse to anybody that walked in! The landlord seem fine with it!!

I think it was implied that I was gay because I was wearing a GAP sweatshirt, but I was with my girlfriend!!

I didn't say I word, as there were six of them! And a friend works behind the bar. And I didn't want to get thrown out before the other Scooby guys turned up!

What annoys me is that I'm sure I heard a racist comment when I was sat down (about 20 yards away) even though one of them was black!! [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

They basically arseholes and when they get a kicking it will be a long time in coming!

Graham, you on the other hand are one of the nicest blokes I've ever met!
